I have used Patrick Conway in a few of my cases. He has always been straight up with me and gave me my options and his honest opinion about things. Pat has made the effort many times to come see me when I was being held, more than any other attorney. I have always had fast responses when I have called his office. I have nothing bad to say. He always made a bad situation turn out to the best it can be. I would recommend him 100%.

Our Services

Attorney Patrick Conway handles all manner of criminal cases in the District, Boston Municipal, and Superior Courts.

OUI

Operating Under the Influence, or OUI is the crime commonly known as drunk driving. Sometimes called DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) or DUI (Driving Under the Influence) in other states, these are all the same crime.

Drug Charges

Some of the most common charges that we see in Massachusetts courts are drug offenses. There are several different classes of drugs, which each come with their own penalties.

'

Violent Crime

There are many different crimes against people that the district attorney will classify as “violent” or “assaultive.” These crimes will range in seriousness based on the facts and circumstances and the charges themselves. Some are misdemeanors, while others are felonies.

Firearm Charges

Massachusetts has strict laws about possessing firearms. You must be properly licensed to carry a gun. Even if you have a license, there may be restrictions on what types of guns you can own, or how you can carry them.

Probation Violations

One common way that a criminal case is resolved is by admitting to the offense and getting placed on probation. A person on probation has the opportunity to avoid jail time, by staying out of trouble and abiding by a series of conditions that are imposed by a judge.

Domestic Violence

Massachusetts has a specific law for Assault and Battery on a Family or household Member, which is described in Chapter 265 §13M of the Massachusetts General Laws. The elements of the offense are the same as a typical assault and battery, with the added relationship requirement.

I don't know where to start. But when looking for an attorney to represent you, you want someone who will fight harder than you!!! When you feel like giving up, he's someone who picks you up when you feel like giving up. Someone who no matter what life throws at you, can put everything aside and make you feel like you're the only client they have. Someone you can cry to. Someone who will fight to the end of the earth for you. Patrick Conway is your attorney and he checks off all of these. At the most hardest times in my life, he never gave up on me. That's who you want to fight for you. Someone who never gives up and is up for a challenge. I highly recommend him! If you need legal help, he is your attorney.

Amazing service from Attorney Conway. A granite company installed granite in my home and damaged my floor and walls. When I refused to pay full price because of the damage, they filed a claim against me. Not only did Attorney Conway successfully defend me, he won a counterclaim for my damages. He is extremely intelligent, prepared and professional. The cost of his service was very reasonable.
